North Carolina 75-hour Broker Pre-licensing Course
This course provides 75-hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a broker’s license in North Carolina. The course prepares learners for the North Carolina licensing exam and provides the foundation necessary to be a successful real estate broker in North Carolina. Topics include property ownership, transfer of title, land use controls, brokerage relationships, agency, real estate contracts, real estate financing, sales transactions, property valuation, property management, fair housing, constructions basics, investment basics, agent safety, real estate math, and real estate license law and commission rules.

Hours Required by the State: 75 hours
Licensing Exam: Pre-licensing students must submit an application to the Commission before attempting to schedule the license exam. The licensing exam is administered by Pearson Vue. Registration for the state licensing exam is an entirely separate process from proctoring for your course final exam.
